Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college level in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• Pleasant, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and email.
• Able to handle phone calls, guest inquiries, reservations, and appointments.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation or front-desk systems is an advantage.
